When you call, you will be greeted by our automated system. You will need to know your Social Security Number as well as your Personal Identification Number (PIN) to continue.
If you are needing Account Information, such as your current balance, or to inquire on posted transactions, press 1.
If you need to make a transfer from one of your Metro Bank accounts to another, select 2.
